Thank you for your interest in the educational opportunities available at Grace Christian School. A decision to explore a private Christian education is one that could have a profound impact on your family’s life.

Grace provides a strong foundation for the Lord to build on in the lives of our students. We are a college preparatory program serving almost 600 students in grades kindergarten through twelve. The elementary school curriculum builds and develops fundamental skills. Christian publishers such as ABeka, Bob Jones and ACSI are central to its curriculum. The junior high reinforces and expands these skills and the high school curriculum is college preparatory with regular and Advanced Placement courses offered.

Grace Christian School reserves the right to admit and retain students on the basis of academic performance, religious commitment of parent and students, philosophical compatibility, and a willingness to cooperate with the Grace administration and abide by the school’s policies.

ENROLLMENT/APPLICATION STEPS

In following Grace Christian School’s mission of offering a Christ-centered, college preparatory education that produces leaders who will have a passion for Jesus Christ; Grace Christian’s admission policy is as follows:

  1. VISIT OUR CAMPUS:

    We invite you to tour our beautiful campus and see for yourself the many opportunities available at our school.

  2. APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION AND APPLICATION FEE:

    Complete the application process online and pay the nonrefundable application fee of $50.

  3. TESTING (K-12):

    After Application is received; GCS will contact you to schedule in-house testing.

  4. FAMILY INTERVIEW:

    After testing is complete, you will be contacted to set up an interview with our admissions director and one of our principals or administrators.

  5. ACCEPTANCE:

    After steps 1-4 are completed, you will receive notification within 1 week of the interview, concerning the status of your student(s) admission to our school.

  6. ENROLLMENT:

    Complete enrollment process through our Parentsweb, pay enrollment fee of $350 and complete tuition agreement.

  7. TUITION ASSISTANCE:

    We are happy to provide two rounds of Financial Aid:

    1. Round One is a nearly automatic calculation and limits your total family tuition to no more than 15% of your annual family income.
    2. Round Two is offered to those families, who because of extenuating circumstances, request additional funds after receiving their Round One awards.

    The forms below are the necessary tools to apply for Round One Financial Aid. Please complete each page and return the entire packet to the school office.
